Created 30 years ago, Edgemont Ranch has developed into a thriving Colorado mountain community. We are fortunate to have been accepted into the existing ecostructure of mountain lions, black bear, raccoons, lynx, deer and many other indigenous species. With this mountain environment comes a responsibility for the humans to practice wildlife safety, especially if you are new to mountain living. This will reduce the probability of negative encounters, home invasions, loss of domestic pets and the unnecessary destruction of our indigenous friends!
